A page founder is a member of JOIN who creates a new page. A founder of the page has following additional powers on his/her pages.

1. Keep a page open for community editing or not.
2. Decide in-case of any dispute about page content between community members.
3. Place Ads

In other words, the Founder owns the page with JOIN and has to follow the community guide.
