Easy Menu to Get your Five a day:)
Follow this sample meal plan to increase your fruit and veg consumption.
Breakfast
1 glass orange juice
1 bowl muesli with a handful of blueberries or raspberries
1/3 pint skimmed milk
Morning snack
1 handful red grapes
Lunch
1 small green salad
1 tuna and sweetcorn sandwich
1 glass apple juice
Afternoon snack
1 raw carrot
Dinner
75g roast chicken,one apple
1 baked potato
1 pudding parfait (alternate layers of vanilla pudding, fruit salad and diced tinned peaches in dessert glasses)
1 glass skimmed milk
Evening snack
2 biscuits, 1 handful of raisins
